Say “Hi” to HiFi at FlatIron Crossing

FlatIron Crossing occupies a prime location between Denver and Boulder along the busy U.S. 36 corridor. Now, we’re amplifying this exciting destination with an expanded collection of entertainment and dining options anchored by NOVEL FlatIron Crossing by Crescent Communities, a new, five-story, 345-unit luxury multifamily residential community surrounding 2.5 acres of public amenity and event space. 

HiFi is the re-envisioned, 25-acre mixed-use outdoor community hub for all things fun, comprising unique shopping, dining, entertainment and living adjacent to the premier shopping destination, FlatIron Crossing. Lush, welcoming outdoor spaces embrace all types of events and activations, from concerts and group fitness classes to farmers markets and festivals, infused with the spirit of shared connections and adventure. 

HiFi is designed for convenient, stylish living with unmatched walkability. The project broke ground in the summer of 2024, with phased openings set to begin in early 2027.

 

Embrace It All

Situated in “the Silicon Valley of the Rockies,” FlatIron Crossing draws those who celebrate the best of what the region offers: effortless luxury, crave-worthy eateries, time with friends and family, and the restorative energy of the natural world. 

Anchored by AMC Theatres to the south, HiFi includes 65,000 square feet of dining, entertainment and retail. Activated green spaces complement the shopping experience by providing ample opportunity for spontaneous gatherings — kicking back with friends, playing with kids — and experiential opportunities like al fresco movies, concerts, yoga classes and more.

Leasing Updates at HiFi

March 2025: HiFi’s first “eatertainment” anchor will be the second location for Colorado-based Pindustry, hosting up to 1,200 guests. Coming in early 2027, this successful eat-and-play concept will offer 34,000 square feet of bowling (including duckpin bowling), a vintage-inspired arcade, a massive rooftop SkyDeck, plus a dance floor and stage for live music every Friday and Saturday night. 

Pindustry at HiFi’s food and beverage program will focus on an eclectic mix of dishes alongside housemade craft cocktails and an extensive wine and beer list. The bowling offerings at Pindustry will include duckpin bowling — which uses smaller balls with no holes and smaller, lighter pins on a shorter lane, no bowling shoes necessary — as well as traditional ten-pin bowling. HiFi is developing alongside FlatIron Crossing, a major retail property on over 100 acres in a prime location along the busy U.S. 36 corridor.
