Now, we’re amplifying this exciting destination with an expanded collection of entertainment and dining options anchored by NOVEL FlatIron Crossing by Crescent Communities, a new, five-story, 345-unit luxury multifamily residential community surrounding 2.5 acres of public amenity and event space. 

HiFi is the neighborhood hub for all things fun, comprising 24 acres of mixed-use residential living along with unique shopping, vibrant dining and local entertainment. Chang’s and Red Robin. In late 2026, Pindustry will bring more than 36,000 square feet of fun and entertainment to HiFi.
